Was not professional in completing the proposed work on the house in a timely and efficient manner. In the process the job should have been done in the correct way but was not completed properly. My house is still in the way the *** staff left it. The crawl space was left open and my dog chewed through my dryer line under the house. Water pressure is not very good in comparison to before the work done to it. They are suppose to replace ************ to the house. They did not replace all of the old existing line that is broken, and they are not doing their job because I am hearing excuses for the reason that it is not getting fixed properly. I am the home owner and so very disappointed in their abilities to make it happen.Business response

Tell us why here...All in the complaint is not true. 12/07/2023 we were send to evaluate a high water bill. We determined that there is a leak on the main water line and also there are multiple leaks on indoor water lines. After sending pictures and report to homeowner warranty company main water line was approved to be replaced. on 12/18/2023 our crew replaced main water line they also cut asphalt and backfilled. During that time homeowner was calling afterhours around 8:30pm and his phone was off during the day. He also asked us to leave crawl space door open. on 12/21/2023 customer called around 7pm and was very disrespectful and arrogant over the phone cursing and complaining that we need to repair all the leaks. So next day we send plumbing supervisor to check and he checked the main water line replaced by us several days ago and did not find anything. Per customer he was expecting from us to repair all the leaks under his mobile trailer as well as outside spigots. Customer at that time was very arrogant and disrespectful and we asked our tech to leave and we also filled complaint with his warranty company. On 01/03/2024 asphalt was installed. We keep record of all the phone calls, logs and pictures if they will be needed in the future. Customer did not paid single dollar for the work. Work was covered by his warranty company. Work also was performed per plumbing code requirements. We notified customer warranty company that there are multiple leaks on indoor supply lines , for now we know that customer has no coverage on indoor water lines.
