            Was a valuable business customer for over four years spending roughly $8000. I made a simple request to have some of my original artwork sent to me to use on my new website. The owner ****** tried to charge me set up and labor fees just to retrieve it and send it back to. Me which would have taken about five minutes. As a business owner I respectfully suggest checking elsewhere for better pricing and more friendly service

            **********************, As you have experienced, I go out of my way to take care of my customers. A few years ago when you ordered $130 worth of signs the * frames did not arrive with the signs shipped to your home. I drove to ************ and put the * frames in the back of your truck that day and texted you to let you know they were there. It saddens me that you feel like our needing to charge a small fee ($15 for file search and format change of several logos/*333233363535323631*) for our work is worth trying to make potential customer's look elsewhere for service instead of feeling confident in our small family business.I'm sorry you don't see the value in our company's art services. We are actually well below market value on these services and I was uncomfortable with the tone of your response from a fellow small business owner who should understand how tight margins can be and small charges are necessary to keeping businesses afloat. I wish you luck in your future endeavors.
