      My daughter and I had to move from a property that we were leasing for 12 months and were told that we have to move out four months later because the property was being sold. We were promised our security deposit and were going to move into a condo managed by this property management. We went to view the property on June 12, 2024 and I made them aware that the condo had a squatter and needed to be cleaned but nothing was done prior to our move in date on 6/29/2024. When we went to move into the property the door k*** was missing along with the lockbox. One of the bedroom windows was broken and the front window was kicked in with a sheet hanging through the window. One of my movers went in through the kicked in front window to access the condo and when we entered there was broken glass everywhere, weed on the kitchen counter, The oven racks were on the kitchen floor and a towel rack was broken in the master bedroom. There was a dirty tee shirt in the bathroom and a broken light fixture along with broken lightbulbs. We were expected to move into this dirty, unsafe unit and because we didnt feel safe after a police officer had been out there twice . We had to put our stuff into a storage unit because we couldnt move our things into a home with a hole in the windows and no doorknob. We are no longer interested in doing business with this property management because that are telling us that we have a lease agreement that were violating by not moving into the condo when they never cleaned the apartment or had it move in ready by June 29,2024. The owner of the condo is willing to make some accommodations for our inconvenience but, the trust and reliability have been broken.

      I have had several issues with bottomline. The most recent and heartbreaking was the rerun of my deposit from another place I rented. I'm renting another property now from them. I spoke with *********************** LAST MONDAY. She assured me I can pickup my check this Friday the 18th in the am I checked in with her throughout the week to be sure she said yep Friday morning bring your ID. Friday morning comes she sends me a text saying accounting will not have the check ready until 3:30 I was like weird but it's only a few hours difference. Listen I don't have a lot of money sitting away do I was relying on my deposit back I scheduled doctors appointments, bills and necessities for my son around Friday all through out the week. So I leave work to head to bottomline to pick up the check I called ahead letting them know that I was coming I got ****** on the phone who is alway short and unprofessional she really should not be answering phones and speaking to clients. She says that I spoke to ALLY this morning at 9:15 am and told her that the check would not be ready until Monday and that they would call me when it's ready well my phone is off I have to pay the bill and thought I would have money to do that yesterday on Friday. I called back hoping someone would consider this situation and what I was told to get this resolved quicker yes i was upset and crying because I had been lied too over and over again. The office says they will connect me to ALLY she does not answer you are isolated to text messages what kind of business restricts tenants to text ? Especially when they know what your calling about they will screen your calls and send you to vm when **** did reply she said " stop texting me stop calling my office screaming at people accounting said it will be Monday thank you " I was like wow that's its thats what you have to say BBB You really should look at th reviews online so many people or saying similar things it's kind of janky how they do business.

      I'm finding it more and more difficult to trust this company. On any given day you can never seem to reach anyone in the office. No one returns calls and emails. i was dealing with a gentleman named ****** and he seemed good and now all of a sudden, I receive an email that says he no longer work there. The women in this company tend to be very unprofessional .

      Hello - Our main phone number *************) is mentored by 3 individuals and if by chance they are not able to reach the phone call our automated phone tree will pick up and provide directions on what department is needed then transfer the call accordingly. ****** has been promoted to our ********* region. I don't nor will we ever employ unprofessional team members.

      Terrible! Wish I read the reviews before even putting in a application in. I been looking at the property for 3 days and it still say available! The moment I put in application Im for 2 people. Paying $150!!! They emailed me and said its not available! Why would you still have it posted if its not available! So they basically took my money for nothing! And put an hard inquiry for nothing! I been waiting on a response from them for 3 days ! Nothing! I have 2 days to find somewhere to live! Terrible company!

      Brooklyn - Most homes get more than one application submitted but that doesn't mean that the applicant is approved. Once an applicant is approved we then deactivate the listing. I am certain this was just bad timing however we do offer refunds if we cannot locate a similar house for you.

      DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE VERY UNORGANIZED AND IT WILL COST YOU MONEY. Before the tenant was placed they asked for a lock on a back door to be replaced. BLPM told me they could get me an estimate for this with one of their trusted contractors. Several weeks went by. I reached out multiple times for the estimate via text message and email. They then placed the tenant in the home without getting the estimate to me. Finally on my third attempt to ask for the estimate ****** D gave me a call, she was honestly a little aggressive when she called as well but she was adamant that she sent the estimate over and then while on the phone with me discovered she sent it to the wrong email address. She corrected the email and re sent the estimate. That was the extent of our entire conversation. I looked at the estimate and saw an outrageously inflated estimate that I had been waiting weeks for was **** dollars to replace an entire back door when the request was simply to replace the lock. I immediately declined this estimate and reached out to my own personal contractor. 1. only the lock needed to be replaced. 2. The back door from lowes costs 338 dollars. Therefore this estimate was ridiculous. I never recieved my rent payment to which they responded I owed them **** dollars for the work that was done by the contractor. When I showed them the email of me declining the work they tried to say I gave ****** a verbal agreement. NOT TRUE. I never even discussed the estimate with her other than not receiving it. There is no evidence of this fabricated verbal agreement. When I pointed to the documented evidence of me saying no via work order system. They said they didn't need my approval despite this charge being over the 500 dollar threshold because it was an emergency. I would like to point out that this lock was something discussed prior to the tenant moving in, they moved the tenant in anyway without giving me the estimate or the chance to repair this and they moved the tenant in EARLY at that. If this was a true emergency, this was an emergency caused BY THEM AND THEM ONLY because they never got back to me with the estimate until well after the tenant moved in. When I asked why no one checked the work order system and saw that I said no, they said they only check them weekly so they never checked it before dispatching a contractor. I have reached out explaining why this is not right and I should not have to pay for their mistakes because they took my opportunity away to use my own contractor and they keep bringing up a verbal agreement that never took place and they have no evidence of. They are withholding my rent funds that I use to pay my mortgage because they do not want to pay or own up to their mistakes. They lie to say whatever is convenient for them at the time. If you look at a few reviews on this page you will see a statement from them saying they can not disburse funds without owner approval, yet they told me they didn't need my approval to disburse my funds. Just lies. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY, they are unorganized, make mistakes at your expense and will not take responsibility for them.

      Hello- There is a lot here so i will try to address the main points. We don't conduct any work without approval from the owner. If you were able to find a better price we would certainly welcome for you to do the work on your own. Our contractor must carrier adequate insurance to cover them and the owner from liability claims so we will be 5% higher in most cases. Labor is also needed to install doors and other projects so its not just the cost of the door. There is installation, ***************, paint and removal of materials. I do see on our end where this was resolved already but thought i would post a response here anyway.

      From the time I visited a home till signing a lease was a matter of a few days and Yessi was fantastic! This was even during a holiday!
