I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with the services provided by Brown And Glenn Realty. In 2019, a tree fell on my house, and the repairs carried out were not done correctly. Since then, I have been consistently raising maintenance requests, but my concerns have fallen on deaf ears. To add to my frustration, my rent has been increased by $125 in this new renewal, even though nothing has been done to address the long-standing issues.At this point, I am left with no choice but to seek further action. I am considering contacting the city to inspect the living conditions and to potentially petition for their involvement. Additionally, I am contemplating reaching out to the news media to shed light on the ongoing problems I've been facing with Brown And Glenn Realty. This level of negligence and disregard for tenant concerns is unacceptable, and I hope that my actions will bring about the necessary improvements and accountability.

They **** my first year I had no heat yes I said that correctly no heat or air for a whole year with daily complaints to the corporate office it still took 12 months I was never reimbursed conversated I was almost evicted because I feel like I shouldn't have to pay rent for a house that I'm freezing to death in and once they did start coming around a year later to find out apartment wiring was screwed up the electrician said my wiring was not even connected to my Apartments but at this present moment but he in there do work but alif a hole in a wall when I move the thermostat and has not came to fix that sharing my experience cuz I feel my coins matter I work too hard and I'm not a nasty residentBrown & Glenn Realty Co., Inc. Our understanding is that this issue has been taken care of to the resident's complete satisfaction during our management tenure. We no longer manage the property. Thank you.
