    Im a current resident and totally over **********. The level of disrespect is unreal by one specific staff member. Who shouldnt hold the title as Assistant Manager, being she is working directly with the public. Her name is *******************************, she is completely disrespectful and rude as c*** I heard several negative things about her before moving here but I dont go off others judgment. I went to settle a payment which I admit was late due to my two recent surgeries and diagnosis of cancer and having to pay for treatment and medication out of pocket.I dont need sympathy but show some respect. When I went to pay she rudely over talked me and she was flat out unprofessional. Other staff members approached me and had to apologize on her behalf. She indirectly called me a liar when I have receipts of everything I was saying and also witnesses and she didnt care. Im a nurse and I work directly with the public and I never in my life have lived somewhere the staff is this rude and quick to say she having bad day. Well sweetheart GO HOME. because that behavior will not be tolerated by me or anyone I know. She needs to be spoken to or fired honestly. I also have a statement from other neighbor in neighborhood that are will to speak up with their experience and on my behalf. Also I waited 3 months for a new toilet in 2 bedroom and 2bathroom and I been paying for 2beds & 2 baths and every time we coming we coming or order sent else where and excuse after excuse. Bug/pest are ridiculous Im still recovering from surgery and I had roaches crawling all over &flying roaches and spiders as well. I cant have ppl over due to spiders and ******* and thats embarrassing. They put me on pest list 2weeks ago and still no one came out but they want money for pest and amenities that DO NOT work but love to brag and show off when major of amenities are broken and havent been working for months or probably longer. I wouldnt dare recommend this *********** only lived here 3 months.

    We are incredibly sorry to hear of your displeasure *******, we want all of our residents to have an exceptional experience. Our hearts go out to you during your trying time.We have looked into your account and determined the following: We are investigating your customer service complaint and speaking with team members; we never want anyone to feel they've received anything other than stellar service. We are equally disappointed in the time it has taken to receive your toilet but please know it was ordered immediately upon your request. Unfortunately, much to our chagrin, we are unable to control supply chain problems and delays. We have a request from you on Wednesday, 4/19/23, for pest control and the service comes to our community biweekly on Tuesdays, so you were scheduled the day of your request for the next visit. The only amenity I've found at this property to be nonfunctional is the basketball court which regretfully has been out of service for longer than we anticipated. Please know it is not being ignored, we just had some extenuating issues and are still working on rectifying them. We recognize this is unacceptable.Thank you for sharing your concerns ******* and we will work to remedy all those within our control. Also, our best wishes are with you for a speedy recovery.
