02/01/24 location **********************************************. I went thru drive thru to order my food. I have laryngitis so she couldnt hear me. I had my daughter order. She claimed to still cannot hear her all aggressive and mean. So i pulled to window. The car in front of me pulled off. ****** proceededto ask me if that was my order i said no that car pulled off bc they wasnt acknowledged. She asked me what i ordered, i said i didnt bc u couldnt hear me. With a sigh and being snappy once again ask me what i wanted all aggressive again ma'am i can hear u , you're gonna have to come in . To avoid that my daughter reated order and she was talking to my kid aggressive short like we were bothering her so I had enough Nd asked her whats the problem here? She said all loud WHAT ? I SAID WHATS THE PROBLEM HERE DO U NOT WANT TO BE HERE? Why are u talking so aggressively to us. She said awwh ma'am get out my window. So I went inside to request a manager. Its like everyone acted like i didnt exiat or they didn't see me standing there. Even mu daughter was tryin to get their attention. Thebonly male that was there i said excuse me sir, I would like to speak to the manager. He said nothing he just looked in her direction, the lady at the window WAS THE MANAGER! she was extremely rude, dismissive, aggressive, agitated at the world, she has no business managing anyone. *** spent too much money over the years in their to be treated in such a manner and ESPECIALLY management. That goes to show she don't need to be management bv she definitely didnt stand out like one for me ro even recognized her as such. She has no business managing anyone. I want an apology from her. Bc I didn't do anything to warrant being treated so poorly today. And if I don't , I will be writing a review on that location about my experience and I will never spend another dime until that happens. Also it shouldnt be THIS difficult to speak with a GM /corporate @ thisgrievanceBojangles' Response

My son's and myself came in to eat dinner on 1/11/2024 for dinner after a ballgame. We ordered food and drinks and went to retrieve those drinks, I filled two of them up and went to full the third, my cup, upon doing so I look down on the drink counter and notice a cockroach. There has apparently been numerous reports of infestations and no action has been taken. I brought the cockroach issue up to the employee that took our order and was basically brushed off as an oh well thing. This is a serious health and safety issue to consumers, especially for elderly and children. We weren't offered no compensation for our experience either. It was just let go. I hope this establishment can see that people are genuinely concerned for the health and safety, especially our children's and the elderly.Bojangles' Response

I went inside to order I got the 8pc family meal and asked for hot fresh food it took a good thirty minutes for the chicken to be done only to realize there where two other family meal boxes for another customer for a order picked up. So Ive been waiting for my food to be cooked closer to the other ladys pick up time???? After all said and done I get home only to eat a French fries that are cold and covered in grease because they double dip the fries so it will be hot lol stop doing that it makes them nasty and mine are cold. I also got a 4pc meal and the fries cold as well. I had to get in my car go back to the store for fresh food but it still tasted nasty Ive been to this location more than once and most of the time Ive had to go back for fresh food!!!! I spent 38 bucks on food I couldnt eat and now a waste of time (1hour) I also found a hair in the Mac and cheese. I want a refund of my money asap and for some reason I cant call the store in ***** ** the line is busyReview from Cheryl F

I went through the drive through at store #****. I purchased food and a large drink. I asked for a carrier for the drink which would help me get it into my home. I am a senior and a veteran. The manager was helping at the window. She handed me a plastic bag and my drink. She told me they don't give out carriers for only one drink. Really? I asked for her name and was told it's Rykel. I'm not sure of the spelling, only the lack of courtesy she provided. Is this the best I can expect from Bojangles?Bojangles' Response

803WestDixonBlvdShelbyNC Greeted with depressing "botime" and order supreme combo and she says, "is that all". No let me have dirty rice as the side, "is that all". No mtn dew to drink, is that all. No I want bbq sauce. Will that be all? No it is not. Country ham and egg biscuit, small seasoned ff and that will be all. She still says will that be all? Yes. When I pull to the window I'm greeted not with, how are you or a total, I'm greeted with a hand out of the window waiting for payment. I heard a girl inside saying they need a ff for my supreme meal and I tell her it's supposed to be dirty rice so she rolls her eyes at me, drops her shoulders and walks away like you just told a child to clean their room. They hand me the supreme meal box and then I'm told to pull forward and I ask for some ketchup and I'm told they will put it in the bag. I pull forward and check the box. They put honey mustard so when the girl brings me the biscuit I reach the sauce out of the window to exchange it and say, "this was supposed to be bbq" and before I can get it out she once again rolls her eyes says nothing and walks back in so I just drop the honey mustard outside. So I look in the bag and no egg on the biscuit plus no ketchup so I get out and wait by the door. Well the order taker girl comes to the door I tell her I need an egg on the biscuit, ketchup and bbq sauce. She proceeds to tell me they didn't ring me up for the egg $1 extra, I say ok and walk to my car to get a dollar and then she says, I ain't getting shzzit because I dropped the sauce out the window and throws the biscuit at me so I pick the hon must and throw it at her. She runs inside screaming and I catch the door, sling it open and tell her she better run then walk back to my car. Now the other girl has her phone out recording says they're calling the cops, we cuss back and forth and as I'm leaving sticks her head out and says, haha you wasted your money so I took the whole order plus other trash and threw it out.Review from Michael H

We stopped at the drive thru and ordered 2 chicken sandwiches "plain". When we got home and opened up the boxes, the chicken was burnt, hard as a rock, dry, and looked as if it had been cooked days ago. This is the absolute worst chicken sandwich that I have ever gotten. If a restaurant sells food products they should be fresh and edible. If I could give zero stars I would.Review from Abigail O

Left me setting at the speaker until they closed would not answer until they the second they closed and then the second it was closed they answer me just to say they closed
