The restaurant in ************** charged my Amex gift cards fraudulently. I attempted to resolve with the local management with no resolve. Without any proof of purchase my the restaurant has yet to resolve the pre paid cards being redeemed for $200 from January 2024.Business response

Who was the person that emailed me? I also do not even have a voicemail validating that an attempt as made to contact me in the event a call was missed. What is the contact information for the person that claimed they reached me with no evidence of a phone call or trace of an email?Business response

You false advertise the Steak,Burger, and Rib Pack. You site shows butcher shoppe package 4 burgers 2 steaks and 2 Ribs on the photo *****. While your wording says This butcher pack includes the following *uncooked* items: (2) 7oz Center Cut Sirloin (2) Half Pound Burgers with Brioche Buns (2) Cooked 1/2 Racks of Ribs with BBQ Sauce Firebirds' Signature Steak Seasoning. Total conflicting misinformation. Once I reentered I was told my receipt was two ribs and two steaks clearly more was supposed to be in the package. I was still presented with two burger. I show the individual the picture after and I still received two burgers out of a $130 order. This is clearly false advertising as well as I called and spoke to someone about the matter yesterday and the error still was made! Worst experience traveling through making a purchase the upmost worst to go experience! Yes I do have pictures of my calls and it was the first butcher shoppe purchase.Business response

On October 19, 2022, my wife and I went for lunch at the Firebirds Wood Fired Grill for lunch. I had a Filet Mignon Steak and the wife had a lunch meal. We paid for the meal with a fifty-dollar gift card and cash.In the booth (by the kitchen) next to us was a six-year-old and an eight-year-old jumping up and down on the coach for a very long time. No staff person stopped them from making this noise. Because of this we could not eat our lunch and we left most of the food.When I home I called Firebirds and talked with a manager. He took my name and address and stated that he would send me a gift card for my problem. I waited three weeks and still havent received anything.Today, 11-1-2022, I called Firebird and talked with a different manager. He stated that they have a company policy and they prepare a form for every complaint. He stated that the other manager did not fill out this form and that they have no compliant on file. He would do nothing for me. What a nice cover up?I informed him that we were having friends from Toledo this weekend and was going out for dinner. I informed him that we would spend $500.00 or more but not at the Firebird. He acted like he didnt care. Keep up the great work. It will be a very long time before we come back to Firebird.Business response

Hello,My husband and I went to the location in **********, ******* yesterday evening. Upon entering the facility, we waited almost 15 minutes to be seated while the hostess was answering the phone. When we were finally seated, we looked around and noticed it was 98% empty. I asked for the Manager. ******, the Manager came to our table and I proceeded to tell him about the long wait. Instead of apologizing for what happened, he gave us EXCUSES of why it happened. As I explained to him, I'm a businesswoman, and there's no excuse why we wait to wait so long and the restaurant is just about empty. I felt this was very unprofessional. He then inquired about my line of work, which was inappropriate since we aren't friends or colleagues. The final straw was, he then asked where my husband was? How unprofessional! A female by the name of ****** was our waitress. In the beginning she was fine, however, due to several requests: needing more bread, the drinks were terrible, etc, she became very rude! I had a coupon for 10% off and gave it to ******* her response was "I will tell the Manager, and you needed to make a reservation". I told her a reservation was made earlier in the day. She came back with the bill and the discount was taken. Once again, unprofessional behavior! VERY DISSATIFIED!I was told by the bar manager to contact **** today, however, I felt it was more appropriate to let the corporate office know what transpired.I've been to other locations, this was the WORST experience! I went to firebirds ************** I ordered a salad add shrimp They messed up my order and I had to drive 24 miles for them to fix it Furthermore I went back and they gave me a salad that wasn't prepared correctly. I asked them to send me a giftcard and refund me my 30$Business response

I went to this place on 1/28 and while eating i found plastic cooked into my food i called and the manager ****/***** something to that nature didnt offer to refund for the ribs he said well he doesnt know what to tell me when i told o dont want another ribBusiness response
