Signature Exteriors processed a hail damage claim and had it approved through are insurance. Once approved by insurance they attempted to ***** the insurance company and do the bare minimum for us. The LEAF Gaurd gutters on our home were also approved to be replaced by insurance but we decided to not have them replaced. On the day they replaced my roof once the exciting shingles were removed they contacted me and said they couldnt install the drip edge because of how the gutters were installed and the could not take down the gutters without destroying them. Essentially forcing me to have my existing gutters replaced. I called LEAF Gaurd and they explained the manufacturer recommendation is to install the new drip edge behind the existing gutter system. Once I requested Signature Exteriors to install the drip edge as recommended by LEAF Gaurd they responded by thats not correct and informed me they would not warranty the work. On one section of my gutter system they installed drip edge under preexisting flashing causing the shingles to protrude upward exposing the felt paper to the weather. When I asked them to come fix it they responded by stating This is what you asked for we dont foresee any issuesBusiness response

Good afternoon BBB Representative,
Please follow up with the customer that filed the complaint. As of this (06/08) morning we had a representative out to the property that made the modifications they requested so all of their concerns are addressed. We removed the piece of metal that was causing the shingles to be lifted at the indicated corner and adjusted the drip edge to ensure that the gap they were concerned about will close once the shingles heat back up. Photo attached to show condition as of the end of the appointment this morning.
