Hi hired Valiant Roofing to do my siding. The siding that was applied was insulated and I've gotten numerous compliments on the look, but after 2 years having this installed, I have to say my utility bills have never been lower. Best purchase, Improvement to the home to date. My home is 102 years old and was very cold before this application. My electric bill to date hasn't been over ****** a month and in the summer its around *****! It has already paid for itself. 2000 sq.ft. home and they did this in a week. I would highly recommend this company. Any time I had questions they were there to answer.Review from Ricky M

***** from Valiant Roofing came out to my home and inspected *******. There wasn't any high pressure to sign a contract "that day" like I have experienced with other roofing companies. They sent me a proposal that detailed everything - the materials and the Scope of Work. After I signed the contract, they came out a week later and installed *******. The crew was very nice and did a great job cleaning up all of the debris. I really appreciate the professionalism. I highly recommend Valiant.Review from Sheila S

I was so happy to have **** help me with my roofing project. I showed her other contracts and she pointed areas where I was going to get charged unnecessarily. I was very happy to see that the contract from Valiant was very well detailed and included new gutters for less money than the other contracts for a sub-par shingle. Valiant also included a wood contingency so that I would know how much extra OSB would be needed prior to be charged. I appreciated this transparency. The crew worked very hard and finished the roof install in one day. They were very respectful and left my yard in immaculate condition. I would highly recommend Valiant Roofing. They are very honest and hard working! I have now hired them to replace my deck. ****************Review from Regina H

My husband and I used Valiant Roofing in the past and we very pleased with the results so I decided to use their services again. I signed a contract in March of 2022 to complete the fascia, replace a door and window. During that time I also paid a deposit. Now it is April 2023 and nothing has happened. At first, I would call and they would return my call to let me know they were behind. I spoke to someone in February 2023 and I was assured they would be coming soon. I called back in March and left a message but no return phone call. At this time, I am waiting for a call back or the return of my money. I am very displeased with the customer service.Review from Scott F

I recently had my whole home completely altered, Valiant Roofing torn off and disposed of all my old cedar siding, wrapped the whole house in waterproof tyvek then put on Alside composite insulated siding which I selected, then wrapped all of my post and facia completely, boxed in all of my windows, with aluminium trim as well as my doors, installed new shutters and gutters, and added leaf proof gutter guards, and cleaned up all the mess. I highly recommend this company to anyone that is looking to greatly improve the looks of the exterior of your home. Mine looked like a ****s home before, but now I promise it looks like a brand new home and has increased the value in my home immensely. Great job guys and thank you so much!Review from Michele A

We had 4 roofs torn off and replaced and Valiant did an amazing job. They kept the job site clean and when they were finished, my roofs looked amazing. I would highly recommend ******, he was a great salesman. When we decide to get new windows, definitely calling Valiant for a quote.Review from justin b

I worked with **** and I couldn't have had a better contact experience. He came to meet with my adjustor to make sure he saw all hail damage. Everything he told me about product, scheduling and cost was on target. I took his advice on shingle color-- couldn't be happier with that. The roofing crew showed up about 6am and finished by about 7pm. They worked hard all day. Did and excellent job. Protected the landscaping, so no damage there. They were overall meticulous about the way they left the site. There was no dispute about price-- no add-ons out of my pocket at the end. Valiant took care of all financial dealings with my insurer. Based on my experience, I have no hesitation recommending this company.Review from Ryan M

Paid a $1,790 deposit on October 4th, 2021 against a quoted offer of $4,865 to replace six (6) windows at my home in *********, **. Company representatives made continuous excuses as to lack of delivery until the end of January of 2022 when I requested a refund and cancellation of the project. Company has been non-responsive since then. Their address is a *** Store in ********* and I cannot find any *********************** contractors license in their name. It is now August and i still have not been contacted or issued a refund of the original deposit.As a side-note, I called today and asked about lead times for replacement windows and was told current lead-times are four to five weeks. Obviously not the 47 weeks I have experienced thus far with no windows.

Hi ****. We are very pleased that your windows did come in and that they are fully installed. We did communicate with you since them to let you know that the windows still had not arrived. It is not clear why you did not receive this e-mail. These have been challenging times for our company as well with ever changing lead times and supply chain issues. Since windows are a custom order and you chose a company that only makes "top of the line" windows vs another manufacturer, we do experience longer lead times than normal. The lifetime warranty and quality of the windows will more than make up for your patience, which we do appreciate. And yes we do use a *** store for our mail delivery as we work out of a warehouse and we are not always there to receive our mail. The minute your windows arrived we immediately installed them. They are securely wrapped and we will be back this week to finish up the final details.Review from Maria C
