*************************** in the ** area was very unhelpful, with no communication or follow-up. Would never recommend or use again. He talked badly of Sate Farm from the beginning and when I followed up with him after waiting for a response, after multiple messages had been left, the response I got was "State Farm is super tough." Very unprofessional.

Weatherguard Roofing was exceptionally helpful to me and my family as first time homeowners. There was a large hail storm in my area and a very friendly project manager came by and assessed the damage and said we would get the insurance company involved based on the inspection. After some initial uncertainty due to the costs I was made aware that for only the cost of my deductible all would be covered. My family cannot commend Weatherguard enough for a smooth process and a beautiful new roof!

I love weatherguard, my experience was great from start to finish!

After a storm, Weatherguard's professionals were very knowledgeable and prompt to ensure no further damage to my roof or gutters would occur. I would recommend this company highly as I do to my neighbors and friends.

STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!! Not only will they OVER-estimate everything and get every ***** from your insurance company they will abuse you and yell at you when you ask questions. Their customer service is disguisting!! Their quality of work is pathetic. They will destroy your property, not repair it and claim that we signed off on it. A customer should never be yelled at by any employee of any company, let alone twice!! *********************** (Accounts Rep) was condescending, disregarded my questions regarding their invoice, and then threatened me! ********************* (Project Mgr) yelled at me and accused me of pocketing the supplement check in which I hadnt received at the time! They took months to get us on schedule for the extra work *********************** and dimed our insurance for. Our insurance adjuster agreed that they inflated numbers and measurements to get more money! ***** also told us that if we allowed him to leave his sign in the yard (we live on a corner lot at the entrance of our subdivision) and referred them to our neighbors, they would not charge us the deductible. Their sign remained in our yard for 3 months!! I also referred them to several other neighbors. When they sent the invoice the deductible was a charged item! They lie to you to get your business!! Read the BBB complaints!! Their behavior is repetitive!!! They told other people they would not charge the deductible and then did! Some of our neighbors have also voiced their complaints on a public forum. They hire the cheapest labor to due a terrible job, and when you call them out on it, they threaten you! I will NEVER refer anyone to them!!! Hiring them has been nothing but a nightmare!!!!! Their BBB profile isnt the best either! See the attached screenshots. Looks like I am not the only person they like to mistreat!
