            Paid Creative Yard Cards of Charlotte in full for yard card and balloon decorations for sons HS graduation party. Did not show up as promised, did not return calls, texts, emails, etc. for several hours after, when she did she said there was no way she could provide what we paid her for but could still bring a yard sign, which she never did. Have been promised and waiting for a full refund for over 15 days and have not received one. Have been promised several different dates as to when we can expect the refund but have been told she has to be paid from other people before she can give one to us. I have been told she will no longer communicate with me, so she doesnt say something she will regret. Will have to take next course of action and file with small claims court since she is not willing to do what she has said she will. Beware of this business as we are definitely not even close to the only ones that have had this same issue with this company. We have payment info and communications with company to back up every claim made in this complaint.

            BEWARE! ************************************/CREATIVE YARD CARDS CHARLOTTE IS A FRAUD! On 5/6/24, I called and spoke with this business' owner, ************************************, and she confirmed availability to set up a yard display after 3:30PM on 5/11/24 as a surprise for my son's college graduation. I paid her in full on 5/6/24 via CashApp and she quickly acknowledged receipt of payment. I called to confirm on 5/11/24 at 1:30pm but she didn't answer so I left a voice message and texted her but she never responded. I was disappointed to return home to an empty yard. I called and texted several more times before she finally responded later that evening and promised to refund the next day but she didn't and I honestly don't think she ever intended to, however, after 9 days of me texting her relentlessly, blasting her on ********* Instagram, and NextDoor, and threatening to *** her in small claims court, she finally refunded my money on Monday, 5/20/24.

            ********, I can appreciate your comments however, we are not a fraud. We were not able to be there for your event however you were advised you would receive a full refund. I answered every text even though I had told you a time line. You threatened to **** told me we lived in a litlgious world and you would *** above your yard card value among other things. Your refund had nothing to do with your repeated threats. You had been advised you would be refunded and you were, Calling people frauds and scammers when that is just not the case is clear cut defamation. ******** dont answer your calls and texts, they dont show up and they dont live up to their promise of refund. I am sorry you felt the need to post all of that. During the graduation season we have received MANY 5 star reviews...while I hate we could not be there for you, there is nothing about our business that is a fraud.
