TERRIBLE PLACE ! UNSANITARY CONDITIONS AND GAVE ME A UTI , I went into my body spa about two weeks ago to get a vaginal steam . I had my three year old son with me so I was dealing with a lot . I went into the room and I thought something was weird about the chair for me to sit in , it didnt look nasty but something was missing and I couldnt grasp what it was . I sat on the chair no towel nothing they didnt come in and check on me , they didnt even have the steam placed too well so I had to fix it myself . I ended up having to leave because they werent assisting and my son was loosing his mind . I called the manager to let them know about a week later that I had gotten a UTI And that i was itchy when I had left that day but It took me some time to figure out what was going on . The manager not only was super unprofessional she never apologized and tried to fix the problem , she blamed it on me pretty much and admitted to them not following protocol by placing a sanitary covering on the seat ( as they supposedly do all the time ) , but when I asked her what she could do to fix the problem she couldnt even think of one nor did she try . She said it had to be an issue of mine and it wasnt brought to her attention sooner . PLEASE HELP REPORT THIS UNPROFESSIONAL business .
