            On Friday 7/16/21, I registered my son for a camp with CLT MTB starting in 7/26/21. On Tuesday 7/20/21, I reached out to CLTMTB by phone to ask about cancelling the registration. I left a message but did not hear back from the owner. The next day I called back and wrote CLTMTB using the contact form on their website. Still no reply. Since my son had participated in a CLTMTB camp last year, I managed to find the email address of the camp owner and director. I wrote Mr. Gentry an email on Wednesday 7/21/21 about the matter, but still heard nothing. Finally, on 7/22/21, I sent Mr. Gentry a message via the CLTMTB Facebook page. Mr Gentry then replied. His answer was that I could receive 60% credit for the camp. However, as we live abroad, I have little certitude about returning to Charlotte next summer. I found a camper to replace my son using the credit, but Mr. Gentry still wanted the full registration fee. I would appreciate knowing if the NC Buyer's Remorse Law applies to my case.
