SHOCKED AT THE MISHANDLING OF CUSTOMERS!! We were literally cursed out by the owner!!!Went in for a nose ring with a couple girlfriends. As we walked to the seat together owner aggressively walks over and loudly says you gotta get back over there shocked we all felt the awkward tone. Its never what you say but how you say it. As we back against the wall one of us get close to our friend to take a picture so we can all walk back to the seating areaOwner walks back over LOUDER DIDNT I SAY GET BACK. Your and idiot we all froze and express how wow . I said to him that delivery was horrible and could say things nicer as we were no longer in the way . Owner proceeds to say i said get back idiot there were a few choice words i had for him before we departed but know he isnt pleasant and the employees are also aware of his behavior. What will never happen is allowing someone to speak to me in such a tone. We brought money to spend and the customer service is not their. That also has to impact the service they get or provide from consistent distraction of his behavior.you could see the employee happiness to see someone stand up to him. Very angered man !!!!!!Please go where you can receive a great tattoo /piercing AND be respected Im more than positive you can get all 3 in other establishments
