    I signed up for a $250 spine tattoo deal a local artist posted. Half the money was due up front for a deposit. I paid the deposit for the tattoo on 10/5/23. Tattoo was scheduled for 10/21/23. The day of the tattoo, 5 minutes into it I realized I did not eat enough. I passed out and we rescheduled for the next day 10/22/23. I messaged the artist that morning asking a hygiene question about the tattoo. She never responded. The appointment was for 4:30 10/22/23. As I was on the way she cancels at 3:58. So we reschedule again for 10/29/23 at 1pm. 10/29/23 the artist is a no call no show and doesnt even answer a co worker who was calling to see where she was. I waited over an hour an a half in which time she had another appointment show up who also was unaware that she wasnt showing up that day. She never responded until 10/30/23, but only said sorry for the inconvenience and never stated a solution. Ive reach out to try and reschedule, but no response. Her page says deposits are nonrefundable, but she is the one who did not complete the service. If the roles were reversed by her rules, I would owe more money and would not be able to book with her for a year. The tattoo is unfinished, so Im having to find someone else to finish what she started. I just want my money back since shes not trying to reschedule me.
