  ** Attached - Non-Filing Letter from the *** for my 2020 Return. **Attached - Payment to Remedy Tax (*************************) for filing of $595 which I am requested to refunded I filed a late return in 2021 for my 2020 taxes. I paid (Attached) *************** $595.00. From time of filing I have questioned Remedy (******) on numerous occasions with the timing of my return being received by the ***. I was constantly told to wait due to a back log. It has been almost 2 years and the *** has still not received my return. I have requested for my tax preparer to help resolve this matter and they have refused.At this point I have accrued more interest and will have to pay more money to have this problem rectified. I am requesting that the tax prep fee of $595 for this non-filing be refunded to me immediately. Also, for the record I have also filed a joint complaint the ** ********** of ******* as well.I have attached all supporting documents and if emails are needed, I will gladly supply those as well.*************************** ************** / ********************** Thank you!Good morning Mr *****,I am still having issues with my 2020 return.   We spoke to ***** today and spoke to him about the numerous emails we sent to him.    Unbeknownst to him, our emails were going to his Spam folder. He was able to see the numerous responses verifying that we efiled his return on June 4, 2021.   The *** do have his return, however, it's not processed.  We advised him to call ******** at ************ to clear up the issue the *** is having with his return. 

  We attached the efile confirmation to this response.
