      I placed an order with the company on 12/2. I have not received status and have contacted the company multiple times though email, voicemail, and social media. The primary item ordered is now out of stock. I have requested the order be cancelled. I finally got a hold of someone on their chat and was informed they cannot cancel or tell me when it will ship. I requested a call from a manager and was refused. In searching online and social media, I see others have the same complaint. I would like my order cancelled and a refund issue. My order number is *********.

      I placed an order online with Schleich - from the information given, it appears they are in ************** - had I known there was NO *** customer support - I would not have ordered.When the order arrived, one thing was missing. I called customer service - the girl could not understand me and I could not understand her - I ask numerous times to speak to someone in the ** - she hung up on me. I tried chatting with someone who said her name was **** - she would not help either. I again tried calling the number, someone said they would have someone call me back and they did not - customer service is horrible.I would like my item or an immediate refund.Order Number: ********** / ********* The Missing Item is #***** I would like to speak to someone in ***************** who speaks clear english

      I am rejecting this response because I have given them this information THREE TIMES and it was on the BBB Complaint. Yet they still have not sent the missing item nor have they called or emailed me.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, IF IT ACTUALLY HAPPENS. I will wait four weeks and see if it is replaced - if not, I will contact you again.
