On 8/19 I went into OneSpotMD to be treated. I met my deductible through my insurance and did not owe any money. They charged me $199 for this visit and said they would refund me once my insurance made their payment. My insurance paid the payment below: Claim EF42227475 for date of service 8/19/2023 in the amount of $83.10 on January 6, 2024 Claim E476872957 for date of service August 19, 2023 in the amount of $34.34 on September 4, 2023. I went again to this urgent care on August ******* and owed $0 due to already meeting my deductible through my insurance. They again charged me $100.08 and said they would refund me once they received payment from my insurance. The payment explanation is below: Claim EC79387983 on August 30, 2023. They charged me $100.08 and my insurance submitted payment of $170.37 on September 10, 2023. I have called multiple times over the past year trying to receive my refund. I have been told multiple times my refund has been mailed and I have yet to receive it. I have attached statements from my insurance showing they paid the allotted amounts owed. **note: the payments my insurance made does not match what I was charged due to the plan discount they have with the business being in network. Since I met my deductible and went in network, I did not owe ANY money at the time of service.
