              Cancelled 'subscription' in May 2024 and haven't received the product since. However, they are charging me $49.95/month for a subscription I canceled, a product that I've not received, and product I don't want to receive. PayPal was able to get a refund last month, but they're back trying to bill me once again.

              The company gives you 2 weeks to cancel product, but the product doesn't show up until 3+ weeks after ordered. I didn't know if the product worked or not. It didn't work, after 1 week. I called to cancel and in the meantime they sent me more for $79. I called them, canceled item and returning item for a refund. They need to change their policy to possibly cancel after 2 weeks of receiving product, not 2 weeks of ordering it.

We strive to ensure that all orders are processed and shipped promptly, but on rare occasions shipping delays or errors do occur. Our records show that your trial was ordered on July 2, 2024 and delivered on July 12, 2024. Please be advised that our customer service team can extend trial end dates to accommodate late deliveries. Your account has been canceled at your request and an RMA # and return instructions have been sent to the email address on file. Once the package has been shipped back to us, you can contact customer service with tracking information and a refund will be expedited. Alternatively, you may refuse delivery of the unopened package by writing "REFUSED" or "RETURN TO SENDER" on the packing (not shipping label) and then contact customer service to request a refund. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the shipping delay. Please feel free to call or email customer service anytime with additional questions or concerns.
