      I ordered a 30-day supply of the product and was given a six-month supply. I used the teas for three days and there were bugs and small flies in the products. I immediately contacted the seller and notified them of the issue and asked for a refund as I could not drink it after the discovery. The gentleman informed me that it was a natural product, and it was expected. He left a message for ****** ******, and I spoke with him to get my refund. I was provided with an address in ********* and sent the product via Priority mail. My tracking info said it was not delivered due to the location error. I called repeatedly to inform them that the post office could not deliver. I was informed that the address had changed and offered to provide documentation of receipt. He stated no problem he believed me, that I had returned the products. and I would get my refund. On Jan 29th I was told that they were having issues with their business office, and I would receive my refund by February 5th. I did not receive it and called again. No one returned my call. When I called in the past I was greeted by my name. I guess my name and number were on their caller ID. I want my refund. (it cost me $17.05 to send it priority mail and can provide if necessary) They kept saying they were going to refund it so they need to honor it especially since they are using a biblical approach to obtain customers.

      Ordered Vitamins from NATURES FORMULAS. Three bottles. If not satisfied return the bottles for a full refund. Returned two unopened bottles. Reference #***Z138QE. Sent several emails with no response. Would like to get a refund for these items. Also had to return item registered mail. Asked for signature which was provided. This has occurred since January 11,2024.The email which provided is a form response. The name who provided the way to return these items was *************************. Your help would be greatly appreciated. No telephone was ever provided to us.The package was signed by **************** on January 16,2024.****************.

      I have not received a response from the company . i do not have the receipt. I believe that i have been scammed. I found these vitamins on ********* This  is the web site i found on face book

      I ordered the nature formula weight lose tea and they had the four month supply with the 30 day supply of CBD with the shipping fee and that total came out to be around $111.00. I got a call from a number that stated that they believe this number to be a scam and to go to my bank. I went to the bank and gave them the information and they changed my card immediately. They said they would investigate it. I got a call the next day from my bank and they told me that since I called in the purchase they had to release the money to them. I thought it was all legit however it has been over a month and I have not received the product but they have my money. I want my money back.

      Nature's Formula program/infomercial broadcast on the C.O.G.I.C. radio station KSTL 690 a.m. Jubilee here in ********* ********. It's been airing for a few years so I finally decided to purchase their product which is a tea after hearing people's testimonies that I now know are fake. On October 4, 2023 I called the ************** number they give on the infomercial & I order & give my debit card # for $111.00. I call back on October 13, 2023 because I never got an email with shipping/tracking information which they replied they don't do that but said, "you will get your order ma'am." Nothing came so I called again on October 24, 2023 to inquire again, they said it's on the way can take ***** business ******** allowed for Columbus day & weekends, still nothing. I called on November 2, 2023 requesting a refund, they put me on hold & said they sent it to an address that wasn't mine..playing like they didn't know my correct address but in order for my debit card to process payment you have to have to correct address because it's the same as billing. I haven't received a refund so I'm reporting. I purposely gave them ample time but this company is scamming God's people.

      I ordered the herbs on July 21, 2023 for the amount of $120.95 after not receiving the merchandise from natures formula out of a month or more. I got in contact with the company and told them I wanted to return my merchandise, he stated to me that I will only probably get back about 80 dollars because of restocking fee so I told him I was going to go ahead and mail back the product which is what I did on August 22 and after not receiving a refund and Ill over a month I talked to a gentleman. I told him I had already mailed my package back but hadnt gotten my refund. He stated to me that there was no packages at the post office. I told him I have a receipt with the tracking number, the day that I sent the package back, but he still kept saying there was no package so we had words because I was trying to get him to understand if I have a receipt then the package went to the post office and I actually talk to someone from the US ************** and they told me that the package was delivered to a PO Box number but I still havent received a refund, and I was also told by the postal worker that the package will be returned to me if it wasnt picked up in a certain time, but I want a refund because I have a receipt showing that it was mailed and it was at the post office I just want to refund . I tried calling the radio station that was advertising the merchandise they didnt have nothing to tell me either and the radio station is a gospel station, so I trusted them, its Crusade for ****** pastor ****** @ **** FM here in ********** ********* so if I cant get them to tell me anything about how can I receive my refund what Im i to do ? I just want my money, or at least a portion of it..

      Date of transaction - 11/2022 The amount - $120.00 Items - The Healthy Living Healing Herbs Items returned - 12/28/22 - tracking number **** **** **** **** **** 52 I returned the items in December 28, 2022 and the items were received. I purchased the items in November, but did not received them until December 20, 2022. I returned the items and was told after I contacted them in January and was told that they were working on the returned. I then contacted back on February 13, 2023 and was told that I should be receiving a check in the mail for $89.00 because they could not reimburse the shipping charges. As of today, I have yet to receive the check in the mail. I was the total refund of $120.00 now. I believe that they have no intention on sending me the refund. I need your assistance with getting my money back.Thank you

      Yes I ordered from Natures Formula on November 4, 2022 in the amount of $120.95 and I was told that I would receive the products in **** days and I still havent received them. I called last week and I was told that I should receive it by the 30th of November and I still havent received it. I asked for an address so I could write a letter about this false advertisement and he said he didnt know the address. This is really sad how they are on the gospel station putting false advertisement out there like that. I want my money back ASAP

      Purchased the product after listening to testimonials on gospel radio station. Wish I had checked reviews prior to placing an order on 8/4/22 for $120.95. As of today, 8/29/22, I've not received a product, no communication regarding the order nor am I able to reach customer service to ask about my order. It's starting to look and feel like a scam and it is well-documented that scams are on the rise. Just don't refer to the product as "God's medicine" and have people testifying to its greatness!

      On 8/7/22, I heard the advertisement on a *************** station for this product and called to order. Thought it a little strange that I wasn't asked for an email to sens confirmation, was told to give 2 business days for processing and then **** business days to receive the product. I paid $111.00. I called on 8/23/22 and spoke with a gentleman and was told I should receive my product by 8/26 or 8/27? I was given a tracking # of *********************. I was told this is for the **** and I could go and track it there, but to give it a little bit Well today is the first time I tried and it's not tracking with this number. I don't have time for games. I just want my money back. I will buy a product from somewhere else. Because I should have read the reviews before I ever gave my card Information just blind to these people. It seems shady!!!

      I placed an order by phone for nature's formula on September 27th. I was told the product would be received in three days and it has been eight days and I have not received anything

      The customer was never told that they would receive their order in 3 days.  That is not part of our shipping policy, it has never been.  The customer was told that it would be 2 days to process their order and then they would receive their order within 7 to 10 business days like every other customer that places an order with the company.
