I ordered three customized ball markers on March 2, 2024 and the website said that it takes 6-9 business days to ship. Its been almost a month since my order was placed and Ive reached out several times to the company on their Contact Us page as well as their Instagram. I never received any updates or responses.Business response

Hello! We had a very odd thing happen with our shipping software which caused her order to be marked as fulfilled losing it and not fulfilling it. She did not get her product in the timeline so we issued her a refund! We will also be providing her the product for free since she had to wait so long :) So she has been taken care of!
