In August and September 2023, we had PCA Wildlife bait and trap mice in our crawlspace and garage. When we paid close to $5,200, we were told there was a warranty for the mice and bats. In January 2024, we caught 6 mice in our garage, where PCA originally treated. When we called to have them come out with the warranty included in our orignal work, they explained homes constantly shift (our home was built in 1984) and the mice are getting in through new entry points and we need to pay another $1,800 to bait and trap the mice. When we explained this should be covered by our warranty, and that it had been 5-6 months since the original work was completed, they said no. We have called the Regional Sales and Marketing Manager, ******, who will only communicate via text message and won't budge on our warranty. In response to a ****** review I left, they said because we did not pay for the quarterly rodent control in addition to the original work, the warranty is null in void. There is nothing in writing stating because we declined the quarterly rodent control with their company that we lose the warranty. The mice are in the original spot we found them before working with PCA and are struggling to understand how a company can state there is a warranty, and then when you go to use it, have all these *very* specific reasons why we have to spend over $1,000 again.
