About 2 years ago my wife and I purchased a whole house of windows and a front door at well over $20,000. The wrong door was ordered and then lost by Universal . After another long wait for the door it was installed but the finish of the door was not acceptable and the door was replaced but hung poorly and would stick . When the door wouldnt open we called and was told that I was being charged $145 to get one of their repair men to properly install the door. With my experience with them one would have to ask why do business with a company whom cant install the product properly?Review from Mary T

The salesman was extremely knowledgeable with your vinyl windows and educated me along the way. He way very friendly and answered any questions that I had. I did have other quotes from other companies but I was sold on how this product was made and pricing.

The company does not listen to your requests or your needs. I learned early on while getting a quote they do not care about your needs. I would never give them a ***** and trust them with materials to last in my home. I was treated poorly when I called to explain what happened to me. Whoever answered the phone actually told me they were all there to make a sale, and dismissed what happened to me, then after a couple more rude comments, hung up on me. Unless you sign that financing they want you to sign the first day they walk into your home, it seems like you mean nothing to them.Universal Windows Direct of Charlotte Response

To this point, I have dealt with the sales team and the sales representative and it has been absolutely great! Everyone has been polite, understood my needs/wants and didn't try to sell me anything extra or unneeded. I am so very excited for my windows to arrive and be installed!
