************ failed to submit the required paperwork that is necessary for him to complete his annual recertification. This is required for the apartment that he resides in. Failure to report all income and asset information will result in an eviction filed and that is what was done. ************ was required to complete his annual recertification and failed to report all asset information which included an online banking app. This resulted in delays to where we had to follow through with the termination of his lease. ************ was notified months prior to the eviction being filed. This was carried out through the courts where it was ruled in our favor. Once Mr. **** turns in the keys to the unit, or the eviction is carried out, we will complete a full move out inspection and assess any possible damages, fees and rent balance. That amount is unknown until we have possession of the unit. I've attached the court filing where the court case number is listed.
