Definitely do not use this company! They did my electrical and HVAC work for my new construction 3 years ago. Went with them through a referral! I just recently called them so they can come and see what the problem with one of the units was. Lady in office said to me that they have determined that they would no longer be doing business with me and to find someone else to service my units. How very convenient of them! She said I was rude to her and to the servicemen. That is a straight up lie! I was never rude to her! She said I told her to "hush"! I told her she must be mistaking me for someone else because I was not rude at all! She tried to argue about it but whatever! Only time I was ever rude to the servicemen was when I overheard them in my crawl space saying how they were going to cut corners on some work, that anyhow, that area was not going to be inspected. I immediately called them out on it (3 yeas ago) as it had to do with gas lines. Shouldn't be cutting corners with anything period! I was very thrown off by this; totally not expecting that response. My units are still under warrantee and now someone else has to service them. Way to go city tin shop! Great business! NOT!!

Around the first week of May, ********************* called our office with the complaint that one of her units didn't work at times, but she said that the unit was working fine at this time. I told her we would be glad to send a serviceman out but I would not guarantee that they would be able to find the problem, so she decided to wait and call us when the unit stopped working. On May 15, 2022 *************** called back with the same problem, not working at times, but was working fine now. I tried to tell her again that I would send someone out but before I could finish my sentence she told me to "shut my mouth" and so I didn't say anything and she hung up the phone. On May 23, 2022 she called back and she was told that City Tin Shop, *** would no longer service her equipment. ******************* one year labor warranty has expired with City Tin Shop, Inc. and she can get any Lennox Dealer to take over her service. And the remark she was talking about "cutting corners on gas" the installation guys were running copper line and they hand ran out of hangers and they temporary hung it until they went back the next day with copper hangers. "Copper is to be hung with copper" and no, City Tin Shop will not cut corners, not even if the homeowner asks us to.
