On November 4th, 2020, Ready Roofing came out and installed a new roof. A service for which we paid $10,678.18. I am disputing this, because shingles regularly fall off, and because of damage done to our property during installation that has not been adequately repaired. The cover on our pergola was torn down. That resulted in damage to personal items and tools that we had on our back table. I was not able to move due to my disability. Nails were left all over the yard, and in the swimming pool, which left stains on our pool liner. The frames around our windows were left in quite a mess. For the first year, they came out to repair shingles fairly quickly. They have come out to look at the pergola and the windows multiple times. When attempts were made to repair these things, they were not adequate. The windows still look awful. The pergola still leaks and the tarp and other things they used are now in very poor condition because things were not done properly. And, shingles continue to fall off. I have continued to try to communicate with them every few months, but the last few times have been completely ignored.Business response

To whom it may concern with the Better Business Bureau,
We are writing this in response to a complaint we received from a customer of ours.
We have addressed this matter with the customer, and have scheduled this customer for the remaining repairs requested.
The majority of this customer’s concerns have already been addressed. The problem this customer had with her shingles continuously falling off, has since been corrected. Nails that were left in her yard have since been picked up and to the customer’s satisfaction. The frames around this customer’s windows have since been fixed & the customer is very pleased with the way they look now. The final portion of this complaint, the pergola repair, is scheduled for tomorrow, May 13th, 2022. One of our owner’s spoke with this customer on Thursday, May 12, 2022 & gave her his word that we would fix her pergola properly and to her satisfaction on Friday, May 13th, 2022.Thank You,
Nicki Trotter
