I purchased an edible image Printer on 5/12 in the amount over 400.00, when i received the printer when i tried to use it all it was print was something that looked like a negative image, i called and talked to a gentleman and we did all the trouble shooting possible and the issue still the same, he ended up saying it was the cartridge and i asked since i just purchased the printer could they send another, i ended up ordering a set on my own because no one got back with me until a week later and i had cakes to do, he did send the cartridges at that time. Today 7/18 i tried to use the same printer with new cartridges and the came thing happens but only the black cartridges prints out looking like a negative, i contacted them and asked the to give me a call, i even tried to call and no answer, instead of someone calling me, he emails me back saying it is printing like that because the ink is dried up, okay well i changed the cartridges and did a deep clean an still the same result, this company will not talk to me on the phone and is NOT concerned that i am having problems, i have only used it 3 times he claims that is the problem but this is not my 1st time using an edible printer and i have gone a LOT longer that this without using it and no problem, i should not be having this much problem with this printer 2 months out and it started from day one, they need to give me a replacement or a refund, i have been dealing with them for years so they know i don't complain but this is not acceptable please help
