I got my oil changed at Take 5 on August 13, 2022 at 12:29pm. After that, I returned home and parked my car in the driveway. We drove the car on short trips over the next few days. We realized that oil had been trailing up and down our driveway and puddling where the car was parked in the driveway. We contacted Take 5 and one of the workers (Ian) came to our house to tighten the oil filter and plug under our car. I asked Ian to have his supervisor contact me regarding all the oil spilled on the driveway. Ethan contacted me and I asked him to please clean up our driveway - it was a mess. I contacted several pressure washing companies, and they would not perform the cleanup because it was considered an oil spill and they would not be able to fully clean the oil from my driveway. They recommended sealing the driveway as the only option. Ethan sent out two different people to try to "clean up" the oil spills. He then personally came to my house to try to clean up the spills. Needless to say, the oil spills are still all over the driveway and it's now November (3 months later). I tried several times to contact the district manager but never got a call back. I received a quote for $1,460 to seal my driveway.Initial Complaint

02/10/2022 take 5 oil change-336-997-9030 Took my took my 2006 accord in for an oil change. She had ask for the cheapest oil change which would’ve been convenient oil, but they they charged for part# x4610 which was told to me as synthetic blend oil. After I was awear of the change, I called and started asking questions, the manger didn’t want to hear my side of anything.
