Placed order for bedroom furniture October 2022. told turnaround time was ***** weeks. Placed deposit at time of order. It is now 05/2024 and still do not have our furniture and unable to reach owner. I have attempted to contact via phone, email, ********* etc. for months without response. We have over $3k invested in this furniture and either would like the furniture ASAP or a full refund.Initial Complaint

My wife and I placed a deposit for bedroom furniture with 3 Wooden Crosses in ********* **. We issued a deposit for $4,000 in 2021 while we were building our house. The furniture was to be completed and delivered around October of 2022. As of today we have no furniture. My wife has made multiple attempts to contact the seller, and we have only received one response and that being to a letter from a lawyer we sent. We would like to have the furniture more than a refund, or just a explanation.
