Tiny's Roadside Assistance was contracted on November 15, 2021, through USAA Insurance to tow my daughter's car to a repair business in ************** **. The car died 35 miles away in ********* **. Her car developed an issue that made it unsafe to drive. She parked it and we contacted USAA. They hired Tiny's to pick the car up. Tiny's made contact and charged $175.00 via phone. Billed the card and received payment. The driver was supposed to call when the car was picked up. At 2am my daughter still hadn't heard from the driver and called again. He said his truck broke down and he had to fix it but would still get the car. My daughter went to check on the car the next morning and no car. She called Tiny's and asked where her car was. He stated he hadn't gotten it yet. She told him to forget picking up the car and we hired ********************* to go retrieve her car. The car was retrieved by ********************* on November 16 2021. After multiple phone calls and texts and even a trip to find Tiny's shop still no resolution to the refund status. He stated a couple of time on two calls that he would "look into it". As of today, December 09, 2021 no refund and no resolution to the issue.
