On December 27th, 2023, I went to this location to get an oil change. However, On 1/07/24, I noticed my vehicle was leaking oil. My vehicle notified me of low oil pressure. Another mechanic at another shop informed me that due to the negligence on behalf of Strickland Brothers my engine has been ruined. The oil plug had not been properly tightened, secured and it caused my vehicle to leak oil and become unable to operate.Initial Complaint

Did an oil change on my vehicle on May 20 did not secure my shield properly underneath. Caused me a torn wheel well and a stop on the roadside on my way to an Anniversary dinner. Had to get on the ground to try and tie it back so I could move to a safe area. My problem is I have been patient; paid to have it repaired. Costed me $140 to fix and only asked for a measly $75 in good faith. Told from a regional manager the check was in the mail that was the first week of June 22. A damage report was filed on May 23rd , I have even spoken to someone at what I guess was the home office that assured me that C S********* would get on it.... NOTHINGBusiness response

The damage claim described by this customer has been investigated by us and confirmed. A check was written for $75 and mailed today, 8/29/2022 to the customer. Check number ******Thank you,Customer response
