Good morning,I contacted ********** Pro in attempt to find a vendor to install some ceiling fans.One vendor in particular Mr. Electric of Charlotte Metro. Is trying to charge me 49 dollars for a quote. I asked ******** over the phone about pricing. She stated that they dont do verbal so theyll send a tech to do quote at my home. For one. There quote is three times the other vendors cost. Theirs: 285 for installation of a single fan. Others vary from 1) 100 2) 125 3) 95 Their bid is like $1400 Others $600 So the fact that they are calling me for 49 dollars is ridiculous. I want you to know about your vendor. The other vendors quote over the phone with ease.All the best

We do make everyone aware during the initial phone call that there is a $49.00 dispatch fee so this should not have been a surprise. We would have been happy to discuss the quotes with you and go over options in detail, however, the technician was not able to discuss anything with you as you did not make yourself available during your appointment. We did attempt to reach out to you multiple times afterwards via phone as well. We would have loved the opportunity to make this right, as we do value each and every customer. Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention, we value all feedback, and will use this as a learning tool moving forward.
