    This is a dishonest business that just wants to sell you something or buy a good review, which is evidenced in various ****** review responses. They left my ac motor disconnected after telling me it would fail soon since I didn't take their today only discount offer on a repair that wasn't required immediately. Invoice #******** for $0, which I received after their visit, noted that "All criticals were passed." When I noticed my AC wasn't working the day after their visit, I reached out to another company who made the repair quickly and for a price surprisingly close to their 50% discount offer.     First of all, our tech did miss some procedures on his checkout of the job while in anticipation of thinking you would not want the system to break down and him completing the component replacement. He took responsibility for the unit being left off and apologized for the inconvenience.Typically when this happens (because we both agree no one is perfect), a client simply calls back in and we send a tech ASAP to check the system over to rectify the situation at no charge to you. All we ask for is a little ***** for something that was looked at as intentional, but was an honest mistake. Your tech was very upset that he let you down.As for the sales tactic response: Our tech asked to take you to the unit to show you items with your system and he stated you preferred not to go to the equipment. He then showed you the pictures that we place on file to verify the testing our tech takes while onsite for the managers to review. The manager after reviewing the pictures and the type of repairs needed. She made a judgment call to reduce the component replacement to a lower level, because in her experience the job was going to take less time to complete than originally estimated by the tech. I look at this as a benefit to you, as we look at every single job from a manager's point of view to verify what the tech findings are and that the estimates provided are as accurate as possible. This is the first time in the history of our company that someone was upset with us for trying to correct the price and give you a lower price based on a managers view point.As for the phrase today only price. This is correct. Our today only price policy is tied to the fact that we are already at your home and have built options for failed components, and thereby given you an option to replace them while onsite. If you choose not to move forward, we have to charge you a service fee to come back to your home for a follow up, since this second visit takes the spot of another client that could have had their system serviced by that same service tech. Simply put, it saves you money to do the work while we are there instead of making two trips.After doing a deep dive into your account. We have worked for you for 9 hours and 40 mins at your home and only charged you $416.77. I do not consider that as an overcharge by any meaning of the word.As for our reviews and the purchase of themThe hardworking families at Chad Love Services are honored when a client gives us a 5 star review. They left my ac motor disconnected after telling me it would fail soon since I didn't take their today only discount offer on a repair that didn't seem like it was necessary that day.Check to see if their response to this review includes an offer to refund me for the repair I received from a trustworthy repair company - NOT this one!Here's the story:The tech arrived early for my "VIP" service call setup through my subscription and rooted around for 3 hours checking my entire system. They noted a high static pressure on the unit, which they'd already addressed on a previous visit, supposed mold in the coil (shown in a grainy photo with no context), and a failed starter motor capacitor (also shown in a photo with no diagnostic information). When I asked them how the ac was currently running properly if the capacitor had failed, the story changed to "it'll fail soon". They showed me a list of repair options ranging from just under $500 to over $2,800 with convenient financing offers. I asked for time to think over the various options they provided and was met with an aggressive sales pitch and all of a sudden the cheapest repair option price was cut in half! I instantly became annoyed and very skeptical about their business practices and again requested to simply have time to think over the various options. They continued to try to sell me on the discount they could only offer at the time of the service call that day. When they asked what they could do for me to provide "5 star service", I again requested that they simply provide me information on the various options so I could think them over overnight. They finally conceded, the tech "collected his tools" he'd left by the unit he was checking, and left. The very next day, my ac didn't work. I called another company to come check it, thinking it seemed too coincidental that Chad Love Services said it would fail soon, and it just happened to fail within less than 24 hours of their visit. It turns out they left the ** motor completely unplugged, likely expecting me to call them back out so they could charge me double the repair cost they provided me the day before with "today only" 50% discount. Nice try guys! You've earned this one star review and a call to the Better Business Bureau to inform them of your sales tactics.1Chad Love Services (Owner)a day agoThanks ****.
