    I am absolutely pleased with ID Seal and I m inACN IBO and levid, that if you refer 5 people, you get your bill paid for free, that is so awesome. There's several businesses like that with **, N, but I really like the fact that it was easy for me to upgrade. I like the fact that I get updates on all my information accounts as well as information. On scams on breaches on cyber threats. I absolutely enjoy this service and for the money. It is great.

    I am filing a lawsuit against IDseal.My account was charge for several months after they were unable to authenticate me and was told by the agent that she would of course cancel my subscription, which I had agreed to since I had no access to an account or anything else that came with it.After I realized my account was still being charged, I called and asked for an explanation, a refund and an immediate cancelation unless they could authenticate me at that time. But they were still unable to do so. Now they are refusing to refund me the amount they unlawfully charged. If you have not given me what I bargained for how can you keep my money.Today I spoke to a supervisor ******** who hung up on me, unbelievable. Before I spoke to ****************** spoke to an agent who at least tried to understand, but was overruled by ********.This looks like a scam to me and being scammed is something I hate.That is why I will not let this go until a judge tells me that IDseal was justified in what they did to me. They will also pay me for this aggravation.

    I love this service and love the customer service even more! My sister mistakenly selected the yearly plan which charged her card $300. She called customer service and within minutes the charge was reversed and the money was immediately back in her account and she was quickly switched to the monthly plan. As an ACN IBO that is the kind of customer service we want for all our customers , so thank you IDSeal for outstanding service!

    Purchased last year through ACN. Notified them that they werent to charge my card this year. Received no renewals. They charged it 3x . I called. Spoke with a rep that said they do auto renew. Explained that I told them not to, and may I speak with a supervisor. Supervisor would call me back. This is a security no no. Customer always calls back to verify. ( think Ssi scams) I called back and no one ever answered. ( perhaps they blocked my number?) Got on a chat and one I explained that I didnt authorize the agent dumped my chat. What a scam theyre running. Changing all my credit card numbers because of them.

Prior to your renewals, none of our ************* representatives received a call or email informing us that you didnt wish to continue each of your memberships, so they auto-renewed as scheduled. 40 days after your memberships renewed, you contacted a ************* specialist to request a refund which is outside of the refund ************* As requested, a supervisor called and left you a voicemail. It is important however, to call back during business hours to speak with our ************* department. We are happy for you to utilize our chat feature as well, but per our policy we must verify each account holder. At that point in the chat you stopped responding, so after 34 minutes of no response ******* exited the chat. We greatly value our customers and do all we can to assist whenever possible.     There is not a family plan offered so my husband and I each purchased a $248.20 plan last year through ACN. The plans are set up through two separate email accounts, and we get a lot of emails from them using the word "Reminder". ******* 6th at 11PM one came in with the subject line "IDSeal Reminder - This is not a ***************** Upon opening you see in bold white letters on blue, "THIS IS NOT A BILL". First, paragraph reminds you that it will be automatically withdrawn. It is my fault for not reading the second paragraph even though it was in bold print to the end which stated that if I didn't contact them, they would charge my card (ok, good with this) and no refund will be issued. I just spoke with them and will have the service until Jan. **** since they will not issue refund. They sent me a reminder for ******* ****'s payment in error trying to send me a copy of 2023. If my 2023 email had been written like the **** this might have been helpful. It is called "Payment Reminder" However, it never states that they do not issue refunds. Also, they probably use the word "Reminder" in at least one-third of their many emails which are just general info, ********** Newsletter, Can you Spot, etc. I plan on changing to another company next ******* with is one-third of the cost and has recommendations by numerous sources. I do accept responsibility for dropping the ball, but I think that they could make some changes when a customer's only contact is through email.

    Horrible.. was suppose to get refund and never did. Snakes.. was promised would be refunded within the week. Now saying they don't do refunds.. no management team has emails or any higher *** info they have to give to me. That's how they said ****** their supervisor explained it to me. Seems like they deal with this often and don't want to help anyone who has been screwed. Save yourself the trouble and Do Not Ever Sign Up!

The account was created on February 20th, 2022, and the request for a refund will not be adjusted to the credit card on file. An ACN IBO cannot cancel an IDSeal account if they are not the primary account holder.     OMG....I wasn't even able to finish setting up my account before there were issues! I've been on the phone for over an hour...my ** is through the roof! I've spoken with 4-5 people all with a different excuse! I just want a refund and make this experience go away!

    I am an ACN Ibo and so when my grandfather tried to sign up with ID Seal she had alot of confusion with her account signing in to. First when she failed the Authentication Questions they told her there was a problem with her address Then ID Seal said the world fix it and call her to up her it was done. She waited and no call she called back and the Representative with ID seal said they had no note of her callling so the previous Rep never logged the call. Very unprofessional on there part. Then they told her they would call back and the never did. Her account got fixed and she flailed Authenticated questions again so we just had to cancel her account. Rip my off service
