              I can barely express how disappointed I am with the owner of this company. I actually thought we had a good working relationship-- I couldn't have been more wrong. After almost $30,000 in landscaping around an addition to our home, you would think that **** could return a call to me. You would be wrong. I gave him multiple opportunities to contact me. Many of the plants that he installed at our home died within a few months. I simply wanted to discuss this with him and I wanted to know if there was something we could do. (Most landscapers provide a guarantee for up to a year. ) I have no idea as to why he would not respond to my texts or phone calls. I contacted the contractor we used for the addition to the house several times as well. He was as bewildered as I am and tried multiple times to get **** to contact me. The project contractor even offered to pay for replantings. I could not in good conscience accept his offer. These plantings were not his responsibility. That responsibility sits entirely with the owner of Signature Landscapes. I would never recommend this company.
