      Not honest, 2024 Tucson lemon. Stay away!!! GM is not accessible to discuss the issues. My suggestion is, did you go to a different dealership that has a good reputation? first had a problem with the ** guy. It was completely rude and he was in charge of transferring my handicap tag to my vehicle. His excuse for the fact that it was not transferred and I bought it in June of this year DMV was closed for a month. excuse was that ***** never filed that I actually had insurance and that I had elapsed, which is a lie. I actually have proof from *****. I called him immediately the day I drove off the lot with the vehicle. Next my whole dashboard went out on my brand new car and it took them three weeks to fix my car while Im making payments on time. I have bought a lot of brand new cars in my life. Never have Ive been treated today with such disrespect. I just wanted to inform you I wish I had read the reviews on this website. I would not have bought a car for modern Hyundai in Concord.

      I previously left a review on ****** that explained how Modern Hyundai threatened to call the police on my disabled 70 year mother after they refused to acknowledge the service agreement that Modern negotiated at vehicle purchase. I have an update. My mother has since taken her vehicle to another Hyundai/Genesis store in which they acknowledged/accepted the agreement without complication. I have emailed both the Modern owner, ***************, and the store's GM, ******************* twice regarding the matter. Neither of them have responded. While I'm disappointed, I'm thankful there was another Hyundai dealership who had the integrity to honor the contract that Modern negotiated but failed to honor, themselves. At the least, a formal apology is appropriate. I would greatly appreciate if *************** and ******************* would respond to my emails pertaining to the matter.

      This dealership service department is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. My car has been in for 2 days and have not been able to reach a single person who can tell me what is going on. I have called 6 times and left 4 messages for my service tech. Still no return call or answers. I will never take me car here again.

      TLDR; ******* of Concord allowed my car to get water damaged, hid that water damage from me, with me only finding out from my dash camera. After 7 weeks, they ultimately bought the car back but then listed the car for sale on the next business day with no mention of the water damage and no time for repairs. They sell incredible cars, but buy them somewhere else.Modern Hyundai of Concord/******* of Concord left my ******* *** Sport Prestige outside while in for a warranty sunroof repair, allowed the car to become water damaged and then attempted to hide the water damage from me; both by excluding it from paperwork and repairing/replacing parts without my consent. I only found out by reviewing my dash cam footage after the vehicle electrics were malfunctioning after picking the car up. Also, the quality of the sunroof repair job was substandard by the dealer manager's own admission and the roof is clearly warped on the car. The service manager, *********************, was also extremely unprofessional and prior to me discovering the water damage requested multiple "mulligans" and insisted that I not fill out a dealer satisfaction survey when I noted some new dents and scratches to base coat when I picked up the car. I have footage regarding the water damage linked here, the first and last 30 seconds being the most important: youtu.be/QeXfysihM5c ***************************, the dealer manager acknowledged that the vehicle is water damaged and because of this Modern bought the car back from me on Feb 2nd, ****, 7 weeks to the day since they damaged the car. However, as of Feb 5th, **** the car (*****************) was posted for sale on their site with a "Clean CarFAX" because Modern never filed any official paperwork for the damage. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, even after everything they put me through, but the fact that the car was listed for sale immediately on Monday after I sold it to them on Friday lets me know that they have no serious plans to repair the car.

      I towed my car into the business to have the alternator replaced because of a recall on the alternator that causes an oil leak. I went w/o a car for weeks before I was put into a rental due to the dealership having a shortage of loaner cars. The rep over my case insured me my car would be fixed and released, I didn't get my car somewhat fixed until 2 mths later due to the alternator being on backorder. Weeks later I was given a loaner. I informed the business my children and I are currently residing in a battered woman's shelter due to domestic violence. So having a loaner car was critical for safety purposes. About a month later I received a call stating my car was fixed and ready. I went to Enterprise and had a rep drive me to the dealership to pick up my car and return the rental to their establishment. When I received my car I noticed my oil light was on, the only light that was on in my car was the battery light due to the alternator going bad. I immediately went inside to the service desk and informed the worker my oil light was on. The mechanic said " my oil just needs to be "topped off" they immediately took my car back and put oil in it and brought it back to me. I noticed the oil light was off. I then proceeded to drive off the lot, and 200 ft from the establishment the oil light came back on and my car began to stall and wouldn't pull. I immediately made a U-turn, and went back and informed the worker of the issues I had just witnessed. I expressed that when I brought my car in my oil light wasn't on and now it is. The worker said to me you have other leaks we just fixed the oil leak. Everyone knows when a dealership has your car they call and tell you everything that is wrong with your car to see if you want them to fix it while they have it in their possession. When the dealership had my car they never informed me of anything else wrong with my car. The worker said that I had to leave my car to be looked at again in a couple of weeks
