On January 31, 2024 I decided to play a fishing table game off of my ******** messenger called Royal Dragon. I asked for account and what were their rules for cashing out I was told up to ****** in a 24 hour time frame. At first they didn't add the 120% bonus they advertised so I reached out and informed them of the mistake. It was promptly fixed with no issues. I reached ****** and was told I couldn't cash out I had to reach ******. So I did. Then they tried telling me I would have to pay a ***** fee to collect my winnings. Needless to say they held my money lied about loading it. Then made it were I couldn't respond to them. But still sent me advertising.Initial Complaint

I called my order in (first time here), simple chicken wing combo. I get there, and add a second order for my dad. I realize at home, that meat is in the rice so I call back to see what type and was told that it was chicken twice. I clarified. My dad believed it untrue and went back up to the restaurant where hes informed that its pork. WE CANT EAT PORK. Which is why I also left the egg rolls at the restaurant. They proceed to charge my dad for two new orders (so I call back while hes there, get placed on hold for the manager to insist that next time I should tell them I want chicken fried ricebecause she cant tell every customer that pork is in the combos. I searched them on ****** and the menu online doesnt say that. I told her I have a pork allergy and she literally says well Ill tell your dad and hung up on me. I am very sick. Experiencing nausea, tight throat, and a stomachache. I have become veryBusiness response

Hello I apologize for the inconvenience that was brought upon you. Over the phone I had mentioned several times that a dinner combo comes with pork fried rice. I think you may have misunderstood me because you had ordered the chicken wings.
1) I gave your dad brand new order for free with no pork.
2) You never once mentioned on the phone that you had an allergy to pork.
3) Attached are two screenshots of different menus on websites stating that the dinner combo contains pork fried rice, once again no mention that you had wanted chicken fried rice instead.Customer response

Every customer that has any allergies will tell us beforehand that they are allergic. Not once did you mention that. I do sincerely apologize and how would you like us to resolve this situation
