I purchased a lazy boy recliner from Lindys furniture in ******** sc.The chair was made incorrectly from the manufacture.I complained to Lindys and they responded to me that the chair was made incorrectly (I have email from lindys to support that fact)Lindys said that lazy boy would offer $300 to rectify.I refused this offer as I needed the remote control that was supposed to be designed to fit this chair.I never received the remote as purchased initially.They sent me a remote 3 weeks later that had nothing to do with the chair I received.I now have a chair without the wireless remote.Business response

I have requested that Lazy Boy send a local store in your area of ******* to pick-up this recliner.
Hopefully they will take care of this situation. As soon as I hear back from them, you will be notified.

I am rejecting this response because:In reference to my claim,the store said they would request Lazy Boy to pick up my chair. Nothing happens after I accept.

We are still waiting to hear back from Lazy Boy. Hopefully we will have an answer soon on what they decide
to do.
