1.Interior paint:a.Failure to remove ceiling vents, mirrors, towel holders, outlet covers, door stops.b.Failure to fill and seal all holes in the walls. Picture hangers were painted over.c.Overspray on the top of maple kitchen cabinetry, top of wood trim around windows and doors, bathtub in the main bathroom and closets, painting wires and outlets vs removing them.g.Laundry room was only half painted 2.Removal of popcorn ceilings:a.When the team of painters were spraying and scraping the ceilings they did not properly cover the bamboo floors and we had stopped by the house to check in and saw that they were not properly covered. b.Failure to properly clean up after this was done.c.Interior heating and cooling vents were filled with ceiling debris, dust and clumps of popcorn were left in the air ducts, clogging them. Currently having issues with airflow into the different rooms.d.The popcorn scraped off the ceilings was never tested for asbestos. Also, dust and debris were everywhere, on top of kitchen cabinets and inside as well.3.Primary Bathroom Door and Swamp Cooler removal:a.Bathroom door was removed including the door jamb so that a barn door could be used in this area. texturing around the door and light fixture has rough edges and clumps of plaster that are noticeable only when removing the light fixture.b.A swamp cooler was removed on an exterior wall by the same hired outside person and the wall debris, wood and nails were left for someone else to be cleaned up. The paint owner picked up a few but the remainder was cleaned up by us.4.Bifold Doors are broken in one of the bedrooms:Before the painters started all the closet bifold doors were closing and working properly. One of the bedrooms doors will no longer shut.
