I had to call the store manager to get an appointment to begin with but I was unable to make the appointment due to health issues and I had to be at an appointment so I had the amp and sub installed elsewhere for some unknown reason the amp was not powering off so I took it to freemans on friday jan 5th for them to fix it well that was ****** and supposedly it was fixed . but once I got into my car to try to leave, I realized that my driver side window would not go up so I went back into the store to let them know there was an issue. The guy came out. It had blown a fuse, the fuse replaced, and I left the following day which was Saturday, January 6 I got up that morning went and got in my car to leave and realized that the heat was not working in my car so I took it back to Freemans after calling the manager again and supposedly that was fixed that same day my window stopped working again. Another long fuse. Once again the fuse was replaced on January 8 the window once again did not work. I replaced the fuse once more then reach out to the store again on January 11 still no resolution, all of the wires were pulled out of the back of my car and never put back the way they were found so I have a big mess of wires in the back of my car. Also, I have taken my car to the dealership and they state that it has something to do with the amp and sub wiring this morning I had to drive my children to school with my window completely down, because once again, a few had blown.Business response

Greetings,
This customer contacted us on Jan 11, **** stating that she had an issue. We have already addressed her issue to her satisfaction. We reached out to her today and she stated that she was completely satisfied and didnt not want a refund. She also stated that she was unable it retract her complaint but that she will gladly confirm resolution with BBB.
