I had a teeth whitening service done. I did not get the results that I should have received. I had significant discomfort after having the treatment done. My gums were very sore and inflamed. The individual I spoke with indicated that they would redo the services however I did not want to have it redone again due to the fact that I had discomfort after having it done. I suggested giving the service to my husband, but they refused to do that as well. They refused to refund me the money I had paid towards the service. I had made multiple attempts to reach out to the merchant; which included calls and text messages and the merchant does not respond to me. Payment was $120 (purchased on two different credit cards. One charge for $100 and the other for $20)Business response

The prior to leaving our office, the customer told ************** that she saw a big difference and was happy with the results....THIS IS ALL ON VIDEO TAPE and all customers sign a waiver that the premises are video/audio recorded for training. Also gum sensitivity ONLY exists IF there is sensitivity when the customer is still in the office...it NEVER develops later. The customer lied to us a week later trying to claim that she didnt get any results. I offered another visit at a deeply discounted price to which she agreed. A week later she said that her gums were sore and that she'd just prefer a refund. She is just trying to get a free service. We will not give a refund to scammers.
