    Got A/C belts fixed at this place just for it to snap again in less than a week (had to delay showing up due to everyone getting the flu) we were told to bring it in today so they can see what happened and suddenly theres an issue with the compressor that for some reason wasnt checked when they put the belt on the last time after they fixed it. We told them we do not want to shell out that money and to just leave it as is and well come pick it up. Suddenly theres a $150 diagnostic charge out of no where that was not communicated when the car was dropped off. We were told to just bring it in so they can see what went wrong with the belt that THEY put on. When we didnt want to pay to fix the compressor they call back Saying we need to pay them a diagnostic fee when the parts broken are still under their warranty. If we needed to pay anything it should have been communicated prior to us leaving our car with these people. They only wanted a diagnostic fee just because we said no to the extra work needed. They ended the call and called back more than 15 minutes later to suddenly say we have a $150 we need to pay to these people. Ridiculous.This place is garbage and theyre going to run you around if you dont want to shell out thousands to fix something that wasnt an issue prior to the vehicle being brought in the first time. And if it was an issue they should have said something rather than do a half job of putting a belt on and not checking everything else that runs through that system as a whole when they did the diagnostic before and after. Theyre condescending over the phone and extremely rude. Will never use this mechanic again.

    After we were finally able to get our car, upon arrival my husband had our keys thrown at him across the table (caught on video) and the employee sneered at him and said because of your unreasonable attitude I paid for your bill, you better say thank you This was beyond unprofessional and extremely rude. The man should be fired, but the owner doesnt see it that way. He tried to save face by talking to my husband but the damage is already done.
