They have refused maintenance repairs on several requests several of the amenities that we were totally would have have not been operational and they have blamed their residence on the reason as to why they are not up and running they charge me double rent with proof that I had already paid the rent once I have slipped and Fallen and gotten fired from a previous job on the stairs that they have here while they were doing construction there were several times in the past 3 years where we were not able to use a lot of the areas because they were doing construction on all the buildings and when we signed the lease this was not stated and in the least it was stated that all of these amenities would be available to us and they weren't even in place yet they have refuse to repair the laundry service multiple times they charge several fees that aren't even listed on the lease a parking fee that wasn't listed on the lease mailbox fee was not listed on the lease a laundry room key that was not listed on the lease we can't even use the laundry room because it is always down or broken or if there is one working it will only work for one day and it's one washer and dryer for 400 residents when I first got here 3 years ago before they took over this apartment complex there was eight dryers and washers regularly I have tried to communicate with management and I am hit with the most attitude every time I try to talk to them they start yelling at me I have this on video as well they have been getting away with this for way too long they have been hurting so many people they double charged me that rent and then told me that I had a spare months rent a few months later somehow accumulated into my payments they were going to take me to court and evict me and double charge me only for them to tell me a few months later that I have an extra months rent already covered because I already paid double one month they did this with several other people when they first took over 3 years ago.
