Jeffery McBride 'serviced' my home in Asheville, NC on May 13th. We contacted Adkins Bee Removal and were routed to Jeffery. He spewed all kinds of lies about his experience and doing work at the Biltmore. We were excited to have someone who knew what they were doing take care of our safety hazard of a massive hive living in our ceiling. Jeffery showed up with his son and it was immediately apparent this guy was not a professional. He was not prepared with materials - he vacuumed some of the bees out of the ceiling and smoke bombed the rest. He left all the hive/honeycombs in the ceiling and thousands of dead bees in pools of honey on the floor. Weeks later we still have a bee problem and honey dripping out of the ceiling. As other complaints have suggested, Jeffery continues to be elusive and guarantees his work with a warranty that doesn't exist. This guy ghosted us without completing the job and took our $3655 to boot. I was totally scammed and don't wish this on anyone. I can handle the cleanup but what happens when he rips off the elderly or someone who can't afford to get the problem finally resolved?
