We had a wonderful experience from the moment we spoke with **** to the time the roof was repaired with ****.**** was knowledgeable, professional, honest (with no upsell), listened to our concerns and provided solutions that would work for us. **** did awesome work, even pointed out an issue that could have potentially grown into a big one! It was one of the hottest days in ********* and he worked nonstop to get the job done! Scheduling was quick and smooth. We highly recommend Elite roofing, you can see that they strive for perfection and customer service!Review from Michael H

Best service experience EVER. Our sales and service rep is ****, and he is the whole reason we went with Elite. The level of care and follow-thru he has exhibited has been the best I have ever experienced buying anything. Our new roof looks amazing, exactly as **** promised. It went up with no delays and no cost changes. We couldnt be happier. Book your new roof now while **** is still with Elite. I am pleased to provide feedback concerning Elite ****************************** During the month of February, they removed and replaced the roof of the ****************************** located in ************** area of *********, located on *********************. It is a fairly large commercial property, and I could not be more satisfied with the professional manner in which the removal and installation was completed. The new roof looks terrific, the site was thoroughly cleaned every day, and the crews were respectful of our need to hold events during the process. The job was done much quicker than I expected, their quoted price was extremely competitive it was lower than 3 of 4 other roofing companies that I dealt with. Communication with salespeople and installation crews was excellent. Everything was top notch and I recommend Elite ***************************** without reservation.Review from Nancy D

Disregard my previous review. Through repeated visits, Elite Roof and Solar finally fixed my leaky roof. **** and **** were extremely patient with the processes involved. The company handled my issues with satisfaction. I will refer them to everybody.Review from Dan B

Pleasant and friendly staff that were all easy to work with through planning, and repair for several roof water leaks on the 19 year old home. They arrived on time, completed the work and cleaned up the worksite before leaving. The repair technician explain what he was going to do, how he would do it and then completed the work They made the process so easy and at an affordable cost. Seeing water damage in your kitchen is never fun. After discovering the issue, I called multiple roofing providers to get quotes. Until I found Elite, I felt like I was spending 30 minutes/day trying to track down the folks that had come out to give quotes to get on their calendar. Elite was professional and got the job done in record time (even though it was the week of Christmas). Highly recommend.

Had a great experience with the Elite team! My insurance *** was giving me non-renewal vibes based on some patchy tiles. After an initial inspection, Elite provided both a spot repair and a full replacement cost with no pressure at all to do the bigger job (and also with context that the spot repair would most likely satisfy insurance needs for short-term). Decided on the spot repair and it was done professionally with my guy probably going above and beyond on the job. Will certainly highly consider Elite for the full repair in 3-4 years time based on this experience. High confidence in their work, pricing and professionalism.Elite Roof and Solar Response
