I made a purchase from Sticky Fingers on 9/14/22 in the amount of $61.73. The order number was *******. I received my package on 9/16/22 and opened it on 9/19/22. Half of the vinyl I ordered was damaged, bent, had black marks, and was cut with jagged edges that intruded onto the vinyl. I emailed Sticky Fingers and attached photos of the damaged items. After not receiving a response (I normally hear back from them quickly), I emailed again on 9/21/22, assuming my original email was lost. As of today, 10/3/22, I still have not received a response from Sticky Fingers. I would like either a replacement or at least partial refund.Customer response
