This problem with this Business (Gator Powersports) occurred around January 20, 2021. I contacted this business to have routine maintenance performed on a pontoon boat engine and to fix the speedometer (not working) and the depth finder (not working). The owner was paid $2373.59 on 1-20-21 and the boat was returned to my dock. At the time the boat was delivered back to my dock there was not a receipt and a breakdown for the work that was performed on the pontoon boat. I contacted the owner multiple times in an attempt to get the cost breakdown and get the computer printout of the engine diagnostics for my records and to this day and I still do not have the records. I also let the owner know (***********************) that the speedometer and depth finder were still not-working and she told me she had to order additional parts. This parts issue lasted through 2021. In the past several months the correct parts supposedly arrived. I scheduled multiple days to have the speedometer and depth finder repaired at my dock. Each time i waited the entire day and nobody ever showed without even a phone call. I have called *********************** at least monthly trying to resolve these issues, but when they did not show up again on Friday 4-22-22 for the scheduled repair I have no other choice but to enter this complaint.Please advise how I can resolve these issues.Sincerely,*************************Business response

This is the first of me personally hearing about this issue and I apologize for taking up any of your time or *************! Ive reached out to ************* from the information youve sent me and let him know that I will address the issues with his watercraft, to settle this Ill be glad to address the issues thats at hand.
