Very unprofessional business owner. The owner, *****, came to our home to discuss a contract to put a new roof on our home. Of note, we are a young couple who have not had experience with replacing our roof. We had hail and storm damage that justified insurance paying to replace our roof. Immediately upon entering my home, the owner started to tell us how amazing his company is, how great the material and products are, and how he has so many experiences and testimonies. We are highly uneducated in the insurance process, and began asking questions regarding the pricing. The final quoted price was several thousand dollars above the amount our insurance company was giving to us, so I had further questions about the cost. Mr. ********************** continued to talk about how great his company was and how our insurance is paying for this roof and how he is giving us much more than the insurance is even giving to us. At this point, our questions were not being answered so we advised to Mr. ********************** that we would not be signing the contract on this day, and would like to get another quote and have more time. At this point, a flip switched. Mr. ********************** began raising his voice and made it obvious to point out that insurance fraud is a felony crime. Which was extremely defamatory. Also, our mortgage company is printed on our check we received and require documentation of the completed job, so we could not pocket the money even if we wanted to. Mr. ********************** continued to raise his voice and stormed out of our home. I am aware that Mr. ********************** works on million dollar homes and my home is not one of those, so that could be the cause of the carelessness and unprofessionalism I experienced. However, another local roofing contractor is now completing our job, thankfully. He has been great at explaining and working with us & has shown excellent customer service. I will continue to not recommend Mr. **********************, and I advise you to steer clear of this company unless you enjoy being yelled at & talked down upon.

I love people that love to lie about what really happened. I have been doing this for 14 years now. I have been rated AAA for ever. I went and met with her at her house after ******************* said that we had gotten her house bought by insurance and that they had received it. I went to talk to her about it. She was very nice. Even went over and talked about Tree companies and cost of the trees in different areas. I told her she had a great deal, and I could not believe it. Yes, I sat down with her and went over everything like I do every Customer, I even go over about how people do fraud on trying to pocket money from Insurance companies that is a NC FELONY!!!! Yes, I have done million- dollar homes but the real quote was that I tell everyone is " I have done ******************************* homes to mobile homes, and we take everyone the same. It's your number 1 asset. I love how she says I raised the price several thousand dollars above the quote. The price was what the insurance paid for it and that if I had quoted it and but on a house would have been more. I was doing them a favor. She called her husband after they had told **** for me to come sign them up and get on books. Then he said he was getting other quotes. I then got up and said thank you and walked out the door. I never once raised my voice or said anything mean or wrong. I tell you what i will do. I have done this before to liars and I will say she is lying. She was very nice, and I can't say anything about her until now. Never dream this from me. I help so many people out and even have done roofs for free for people that have been taken by companies. I will pay ****** to take a lie detector test and if I fell it I will pay for their roof. Then I will pay for her one and if she lies, they owe me for the roof. These days the customer is not always right. I have done thousands of roofs from 2010. The only other complaint I have ever had was a person didn't want to pay. Funny. I hope that all went well for them, but I pray she takes me up on my offer. I WIN HANDS DOWN!!!! JUST TELL THE TRUTh
