              I ordered a building 6/14/24 from millennium buildings LLC. I have a signed contract and all paper work including down payment has been paid. Balance was to be collected at the time building was installed. I have NOT heard from the company and they said it could be 2 to 4 weeks before delivery so I decided to call today on the status of the building. Now they are stating they made a clerical error and want to charge me ***** more for the building or issue a refund. I have had trees cut, grading, gravel etc done at the location the building was going to be and have my end of the deal ready for delivery. To find all this out 3 weeks later. I feel the company itself should honor its contract and price on this matter to solve this.
