            I ordered a customized mailbox from ********************* on 11/16/21. Payment was made by credit card. Since that time, there have been numerous emails back and forth regarding the status of my order. ************ has cited numerous reasons why the mailbox had not been completed but assured me that it would be. I paid $325 for the mailbox and recently contacted him requesting a refund as I have not yet received my order. ************ has not responded that my request.

            I ordered a mailbox September 2022. Mr. ******** website said it would take a year to complete. I reached out to him September 26th, ****************************************************************************************************** as soon as possible. It is not March 1st 2024 and I've sent several emails in February and no response. The phone number listed on his website, nobody ever answers. I need a reply or a refund. Poor customer service and I am very disappointed.

            Order will be completed or refunded as always. Website clearly state on houses etc it can be a year or more to complete.
